Gopal Mandir Balghar,has been constructed in 1985-90 by Late Sh. Jagar Nath Kapil, a resident of village Thapper with the help of the local peoples of Thapper, Balghar and by the Committee Members of Temple (Unregistered).
Later in 2020, the existing Committee (Unregistered) of Temple planned to renovate the existing Gopal Mandir because the old structure of Temple was in very bad condition that time. On same year, with the consent of all the members and local peoples, Committee started work on the renovation of temple.
Till March 2022 the Temple Committee was an Unregistered Committee. In March 30th 2022, Gopal Mandir Balghar Society got registered under Society Act 2006 with Registration No. JHD-18-2022. With the support of Committee Members and other peoples of the area, Temple Renovation Work has been completed in May 2023 and again the Temple has been opened for general public on 26th June 2023 with a Grand Celebration.
